The Easy Group may well have a good PR team which highlights their ‘wins’. See for example

But I cannot seem to locate any legal judgement on the subject, and a quick scan of rulings made since 2001 shows that the Group has not been very successful in trying to stop different easy marks; see the above link. Well, it lost most of them, actually! So Jozsef Spekker, 43, based in Newcastle-Under-Lyne, should inform Sir Stelios Haji-Ioannou to ‘easy off’!

Advice from Trademarkroom for prospective Easy marks!

Never use the Colour Orange

Never file for travel/accomodation/holiday/flights

Do not just use words; always use a unique logo.

Dont be bullied in to a rebrand and certainly dont pay any damages
